1. Lisans sözleşmesi

PDF Cepte’nin App Store üzerinden kullanımı Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi’ne (EULA) tabidir. Bu sayfadaki koşullar, Apple Standart EULA’yı tamamlayan uygulamaya özgü açıklamalardır.

2. Uygulamanın kullanımı

PDF Cepte belge tarama, dönüştürme, düzenleme, sıkıştırma, koruma ve OCR araçları sunar. Uygulamayı yürürlükteki yasalara veya başkalarının haklarına aykırı biçimde kullanamazsınız. İşlediğiniz belgelerin içeriğinden ve bunları kullanma hakkına sahip olmanızdan siz sorumlusunuz.

3. Premium abonelikler

• PDF Cepte haftalık, aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen Premium seçenekleri sunabilir.
• Kesin süre ve yerel fiyat, satın alma işleminden önce uygulamada ve Apple onay ekranında gösterilir.
• Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple hesabınızdan alınır.
• Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir.
• Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple hesabınızdan alınabilir.
• Aboneliğinizi Apple hesabınızın Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.

4. Ücretsiz sürüm ve reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürüm reklam gösterebilir ve bazı özelliklerde kullanım sınırları uygulayabilir. Premium abonelik reklamları kaldırır ve uygulamada belirtilen ek özellikleri açar. Özellik kapsamı, uygulamanın satın alma ekranında açıklanır.

5. Dosyalar ve sorumluluk

Belgelerinizi ve oluşturduğunuz çıktıların yedeklerini yönetmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Uygulama, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde ve Apple Standart EULA’daki hükümler çerçevesinde sunulur.

6. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Your use of PDF Cepte through the App Store is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms on this page provide app-specific information that supplements the Apple Standard EULA.

2. Use of the app

PDF Cepte provides document scanning, conversion, editing, compression, protection, and OCR tools. You may not use the app in violation of applicable law or the rights of others. You are responsible for the content of documents you process and for having the right to use them.

3. Premium subscriptions

• PDF Cepte may offer weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable Premium options.
• The exact duration and localized price are displayed in the app and on Apple’s confirmation sheet before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in the Subscriptions section of your Apple Account.

4. Free version and advertising

The free version may display advertising and apply limits to certain features. Premium removes ads and unlocks the additional features described on the in-app purchase screen.

5. Files and responsibility

You are responsible for managing your documents and maintaining backups of outputs you create. The app is provided to the extent permitted by law and subject to the provisions of the Apple Standard EULA.
